Sue Iggulden Ccim

Sue Iggulden CCIM, CPM, LEED AP O M serves as the Managing Director and City Lead for Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield, a position held since June 2011. In this role, Iggulden leads the Asset Services team in Oregon and Southwest Washington, overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes office, medical, retail, and industrial assets while ensuring the integration of all service lines for clients. Prior to this, Iggulden was the Managing Director at Colliers International from April 2005 to June 2011, focusing on developing creative real estate solutions and strengthening client relationships. Iggulden also served as Managing Director of Asset Services at CB Richard Ellis from June 1998 to April 2005, where responsibilities included managing strategic plans and integrating company cultures. Earlier experience includes serving as Portfolio Manager at Forum Properties from January 1994 to June 1998, managing a 1.5 million square foot portfolio of commercial properties. Iggulden holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Communication from Portland State University.
