Tanya McCorquodale

Tanya McCorquodale serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Custodia Bank since April 2022, providing legal and regulatory guidance for the start-up digital asset bank. Prior to this role, Tanya held positions including Associate General Counsel at UNIFY Financial Credit Union from January 2020 to April 2022, where oversight of all legal activities for the $3.6 billion credit union was executed. Tanya also acted as General Counsel at Texans Credit Union from July 2014 to January 2020, managing legal activities for the $1.6 billion institution. Additional experience includes roles as Interim CEO and Vice President at Credit Union Liquidity Services, LLC, Senior Vice President at Texas Capital Bank, Director of Capital Markets at Alliance Residential Company, and Vice President positions at Banc of America Securities and Bank of America. Tanya holds a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BA in Political Science/International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
