Nikhil Dambal

Nikhil Dambal has over 24 years of work experience in various roles. Nikhil started their career in 1996 as a Marketing Engineer at Forbes Marshall. In 1999, they worked as a Program Manager (Co-op) at Honeywell Turbo Technologies. In 2000, they were a Project Engineer at 3D CAM INC. From 2002 to 2006, they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer (Castings) at DC Partners, dba Soligen2006. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as an Engineering Lead at Caplugs (formerly, Shercon, Inc), where they managed a team of 4 engineers and a technician with a hands-on approach. From 2009 to 2013, they were an Engineering & Manufacturing Operations Manager at Abrisa Technologies. From 2014 to 2022, they worked at Mason Controls in various roles, including Operations Manager, Director, Manufacturing Solutions and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. In 2022, they moved to Delphon as Director Of Manufacturing and to Custom Control Sensors as Vice President Operations.

Nikhil Dambal began their educational journey at Loyola High School. Nikhil then attended Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. After that, they attended the University of Southern California, where they earned an MS in Manufacturing Engineering & Entrepreneurship in 1999. In 2006, they obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from California State University, Northridge. Nikhil then attended California State University, Northridge in 2006-2007 to study Engineering Management.
