Joseph Bianco

Joseph Bianco is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations at Custom Essence LLC since October 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions as Plant Manager at ofi for one year and as Director of Operations for the Princeton Taste and Beyond team at Firmenich from December 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-shift operation focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
