Troy Reil

Troy Reil has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Portola Hotel & Spa at Monterey Bay since June 2013, with prior roles including Director of Rooms and Front Office Manager at the same establishment. Previously, Troy held the position of Director of Rooms at Bernardus Lodge and worked as Front Office Manager at Pebble Beach Company and The Fairmont San Jose. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Front Office Manager and Night Manager at The Fairmont San Jose, Front of House Manager at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, and as Infantry Team Leader in the US Army from 1989 to 1995.
