Susan Bezreh Dooley

Susan Bezreh Dooley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Susan started their career in 1985 as a Technical Writer I at Cognition Corporation. Later, in 1989, they joined Kodak Legal Systems as a Technical Writer II, where they were responsible for marketing and user documentation of the Kodak Legal Management System.

In 1995, Susan worked as a Legal Assistant at Cushing & Dolan, P.C. Here, they performed paralegal and administrative duties for the partners, including preparing for real estate closings and interacting with lenders, buyers, and sellers.

From 1996 to 2001, they worked as a Legal Assistant at Cummings Properties LLC, where they supported the legal department by preparing attorney/tenant correspondence and legal documentation for evictions and civil matters.

Since 2001, Susan has been associated with Custom Learning Designs (CLD). Susan started as a Principal Project Manager, managing projects and serving as a liaison between CLD's team and client teams from organizations like AstraZeneca, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Merck. Susan oversaw writing assignments, project scheduling, and delivery of training materials in various therapeutic areas.

Within CLD, Susan also held the role of Senior Medical Writer/Market Access Specialist. Here, they designed, researched, and wrote materials for training pharmaceutical sales representatives and market access teams on topics such as managed care, drug reimbursement, and drug delivery channels. Susan specialized in market access training via eLearning modules and live/virtual workshops for disease, treatment, product, competitors, and market access.

Susan Bezreh Dooley has completed graduate coursework toward a Masters in Technical Writing at Boston University. Susan Bezreh Dooley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Law & Justice from UMass Boston. Prior to their higher education, they attended Arlington High School.
