Wayne Horton

Wayne Horton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and quality control. Currently a Sales Account Manager at Custom-Pak, Inc. since 2009, Wayne focuses on building partnerships with customers, delivering exceptional service, and collaborating with production and design teams to optimize products. Prior experience includes serving as a Quality Control Team Leader at Bodine Aluminum, where Wayne managed quality issues on multiple production lines, and working in the Army National Guard as a member of the 875 Engineering Battalion. Additionally, Wayne gained valuable construction experience in the family business, Horton Construction, and served as an Engineering Technician at Prestolite Wire LLC, addressing quality concerns and customer complaints. Wayne attended Arkansas State University from 1990 to 1991.
