Kyle Gerber

Kyle Gerber has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle started their career as a Teacher at Hawkeye Community College in 2002 before transitioning into the engineering field. Kyle worked as a Design Engineer at Terex Cranes from 2004 to 2009, followed by a role as a Project Engineer at TIME Manufacturing Company, Inc. from 2009 to 2010. Kyle then joined Sany America as a Sr. Structural Engineer from 2010 to 2015. In 2015, they became the Division Manager - Technical Services at PRHires, where they managed accounts in the SE territory and led the Technical Engineering Services branch. Subsequently, they worked as the Chief Product Engineer at RealmFive Agriculture, a start-up agriculture engineering and technology company, from 2017 to 2018, where they were responsible for conceptual creation, product development plans, and financial viability analysis. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Engineering at Custom Truck One Source, a position they have held since February 2021.

Kyle Gerber received their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cedarville University, where they studied from 1999 to 2004.
