Maria Campbell

Maria Campbell, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Maria has held various leadership roles throughout their career. From 2017 to present, they have served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Custom Truck One Source. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Yusen Logistics (Americas), Inc. from 2015 to 2017.

Before joining Yusen Logistics, Maria held the position of Director of Human Resources at Trailer Bridge, Inc. from 2013 to 2015. In this role, they were a part of the senior management team and oversaw organizational development and human resources for the integrated trucking and marine freight carrier in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.

From 2010 to 2013, Maria served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Totem Ocean Trailer Express, Inc., where they were a member of the executive team. Maria was responsible for overseeing organizational development and human resources for the ocean carrier and cargo transportation provider in Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.

Maria also worked at Sea Star Line, LLC. as the Manager of Organizational Development (HR) from 2006 to 2010, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics as the Human Resources Manager/Generalist from 2003 to 2006, Vance Publishing as the Assistant Human Resources & Facilities Manager from 2000 to 2003, and Inlingua as an Instructor from 1999 to 2000.

Throughout their career, Maria has showcased their expertise in HR and organizational development, demonstrating their ability to lead and contribute to the success of companies in various industries.

Maria Campbell, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas in 1999. In addition, they have acquired various certifications throughout their career, including the CCL 360° Assessment Certification from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2020, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2004. Furthermore, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in July 2018.
