Rita Dube

Rita Dube, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Northeast Region at Custom Truck One Source since December 2017. Prior to this role, Rita held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. for twelve years. Rita's career in human resources began as an HR Intern at Subaru of America, followed by roles including Regional Recruiter at Blinds To Go, Human Resources Assistant/Generalist at AHP Settlement Trust, and Human Resources Generalist at Albert's Organics. Rita holds a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from La Salle University, and has further education from Villanova University.
