Greg Sleater

Greg Sleater is an experienced program manager and consultant with a diverse background spanning over two decades in project and program management across various industries. Currently serving as Program Manager at Customade Group since December 2021, Greg has been the Owner Manager of Lobster Ventures Ltd since August 2006, providing consultancy services to a broad range of clients from FTSE 100 firms to start-ups. Previous roles include Programme Management Officer at Carr's Group plc and Interim Professional in Business Unit Transformation at Anglian Home Improvements. Notable achievements include successful regulatory business plan submissions at United Utilities, strategic business transformations within Anglian Home Improvements and Kelda Group, and leadership in market reform programs. Greg holds an HND in Instrumentation and Electrical Engineering from Stockport College.
