Hercules Karvasonis

Hercules Karvasonis began their career in 2000 as a Research Assistant in Information Systems Laboratory at ICS-FORTH, where they worked with XML, XSL, CSS, SQL, MS Access and Data Junction conversion tool. Hercules examined a lot of databases and data in various formats such as MS Access, XML files, text files etc. and transformed the data into XML files based on the CIDOC Conceptual Reference Model and a Data Type Definition of it. In 2005, they joined CustomediaLabs as Head of Technology, Head of Backend Development and Senior Web/Interactive Developer. In 2018, they moved to Momencio as Head of Technology.

Hercules Karvasonis attended the University of Crete from 1997 to 2001, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science. Hercules then went on to London South Bank University from 2002 to 2003, where they earned an MSc in Information Systems Engineering.
