Elisabeth Domene y Aneas

Elisabeth (Elly) Domene y Aneas holds extensive experience in customer experience and cloud services, currently serving as Vice President of Cloud Services Product & Channel Development at Mangata Networks since July 2022. In addition, Elisabeth is the Director of the Customer Institute, which provides independent insights into corporate customer centricity. Previously, Elisabeth held multiple leadership roles at SES Satellites from November 2002 to June 2022, including Vice President of Global Customer Experience. Elisabeth's educational background includes certifications as a Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), UX Certified in Human Centered Design, and a BPM Master Certification in Business Process Management.
