In addition, Rodrigo serves as the Director at the Customer Institute, where Rodrigo contributes to global standards in customer-centricity. Previous roles include Professor of Experiential Learning and Business Program Director at Universidad del Desarrollo, and customer experience leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson and ICARE Chile. Rodrigo holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Management from Harvard University and various certifications related to entrepreneurship and financial planning.
