Brendan Fortune

Brendan Fortune has extensive work experience in product management and leadership roles. Brendan is currently a Group Product Manager at Customer.io since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a Principal Product Manager at the same company from May 2019 to March 2022.

Before joining Customer.io, Brendan worked at Drip as a Senior Director of Product from September 2017 to May 2019. In this role, they focused on launching over 100 new features and maintaining effective communication with management and peers to ensure understanding of top priorities.

Brendan also held positions at GoDaddy, where they served as a Senior Director of Product Management from February 2016 to September 2017. Brendan previously worked as a Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager, Cloud Solutions at the company.

Brendan Fortune has a diverse educational background. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, specializing in Music Composition, from 2003 to 2005.

Brendan further expanded their knowledge and skills by obtaining an MBA degree from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2011 and 2014. During this time, they focused on Product Management and Data Analytics, deepening their understanding in these areas.

In addition to their formal education, Brendan also obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in January 2013, further enhancing their expertise in agile project management methodologies.
