Cindy Shaulis has extensive experience in customer success management and account management. Cindy is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at Customer.io since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Bonterra from March 2022 to May 2022. From February 2021 to May 2022, they served as a Customer Success Manager at Salsa Labs.
Before transitioning to customer success management roles, Cindy worked as an Account Manager at ClinicalPath (formerly Via Oncology) from July 2017 to February 2021. Cindy also has experience in client services management, serving as a Client Services Manager at Intermedix from May 2014 to June 2017. In addition, they worked as an Assistant Product Manager - Fleeteyes from April 2013 to April 2014 and as a Product Support Specialist from September 2011 to April 2013 at Intermedix.
Cindy's earlier career includes roles at Psychology Software Tools, where they worked as a Product Service & Support Manager from January 2009 to September 2011 and as a Senior Technical Consultant from May 2005 to January 2009.
Cindy Shaulis graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in customer success management. In March 2022, they completed the certifications for Onboarding and Adoption Best Practices, Value Realization Best Practices, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from LinkedIn and SuccessHACKER institutions.
