Eldin Scotland has a diverse work experience in IT roles spanning over a decade. Eldin most recently worked as an IT Manager at Customer.io starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they served as a System Administrator at Electric from May 2021 to July 2022. Eldin Scotland attended Isaiah Thomas Secondary School from 1996 to 2003, where they obtained their High School Diploma with a field of study in Architecture. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they enrolled at ASA College and earned an Associates of Occupational Studies Degree in Networking Administration and Security.

In addition to their formal education, Eldin has pursued several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. In December 2022, they obtained the "Third Party Risk Management" certification from SecurityScorecard. In December 2021, they completed the "Introduction to Service Management with ITIL 4" certification on Udemy. Prior to that, in September 2020, they obtained the "Introduction to Cyber Attacks" certification from Coursera.

More recently, Eldin earned two certifications related to AWS (Amazon Web Services) for Non-Engineers. In February 2023, they completed the "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security" certification from LinkedIn, followed by the "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 3 Core Services" certification in March 2023, also from LinkedIn. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to expanding their expertise in cloud computing and security.
