Irene Rossetto

Irene Rossetto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Irene is currently working as a Solutions Architect at Customer.io since October 2021. Prior to this, Irene worked at RWS Group from August 2019 to October 2021, where they served as a Technical Support Manager. In this role, they managed an international team and provided technical support to production teams. Irene also coached team members, conducted regular 1:1s, and helped shape their career paths.

Before joining RWS Group, Irene worked at Moravia from January 2015 to August 2019. During this time, they held various positions including Knowledge Leader, Project Team Coordinator, and Localization Lead. As a Knowledge Leader, Irene assisted in improving and automating production and administrative processes, provided solutions, training, and support to minimize production issues. Irene then served as a Project Team Coordinator, overseeing successful project deliveries and striving for client satisfaction and financial improvements. Irene started their career as a Software Developer at ELEPE Servicios from March 2013 to January 2015.

Irene Rossetto attended Instituto Belgrano from 2013 to 2017, where they pursued a degree in Analista de Sistemas (Systems Analyst) with a focus on Tecnología de la información (Information Technology).
