Leah Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Leah is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at Customer.io since July 2022. Prior to this, Leah worked as a Manager of Managed Services at Epic A Bell MTS Company from July 2021 to July 2022.
Leah also gained experience at UnionWare, where they held multiple roles including Professional Services Manager from December 2020 to June 2021, Business Analyst from April 2020 to December 2020, and Client Representative from September 2017 to April 2020.
Before joining UnionWare, Leah worked at Shaw Communications as a Technical Support Representative from December 2016 to August 2017. Prior to that, they were employed at TC Transcontinental as a Coordinator of Customer Support/Operations from February 2014 to November 2016.
Leah began their career at Direct Focus Marketing Communications, where they held the positions of Account Coordinator from May 2013 to February 2014 and Program Coordinator from March 2011 to May 2013.
Leah Thompson attended Red River College Polytechnic from 2016 to 2017, where they obtained a Certificate in Software Development. In the same year, they also completed a Certificate in Leadership Skills for Customer Service Managers from the Manitoba Customer Contact Association / University of Manitoba.
