Natalie Onions

VP, Customers at Customer.io

Natalie Onions has been working in customer service and management for over 10 years. Natalie started their career as a Studio Assistant at CRI Digital, where they were responsible for managing print projects and maintaining the studio. Natalie then moved on to Big Button, where they were Client Services Director. In this role, Natalie was responsible for sales calls and presentations, business development, project management, and strategic distribution planning. Natalie led the team to win multiple awards and increased the company's profit margin exponentially. In July 2017, Natalie started their current position as VP of Customers at Customer.io.

Natalie Onions graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Studies and Media from Liverpool Hope University. Natalie then attended Joseph Whitaker School for their education.

They are on a team with Bill Miksich - Head of Services, John Allison - Founder, and Matthew Newhook - CTO. Their manager is Colin Nederkoorn, Founder & CEO.
