Ramy Helmy began their career in 2017 as an Agent Support Specialist at Western Union. Ramy then worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Vodafone from January 2018 to June 2018. In July 2018, they became a Backoffice Sales Supervisor at TravelEraLLC, but transitioned to a Quality Officer role at Delivery Hero in October 2018. From April 2019 to February 2020, Ramy worked as a Professional Medical Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions. Ramy then joined Crossover for Work as a Customer Technical Support Engineer from July 2020 to July 2021. Currently, they are working at Customer.io as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in September 2021 and has since been promoted to a Tier II Technical Support Engineer role in December 2022.
Ramy Helmy completed a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from both Modern Sciences and Arts University and the University of Greenwich, from 2012 to 2017.
