Customer Success Team Lead (EMEA Region) at Customer.io

Rita Caetano's work experience starts with their role as a Front Office Associate and Supervisor at Marriott Hotels from April 2013 to January 2014. Rita then worked as a Reservations Sales Agent at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2014 to August 2015.

After that, they joined Booking.com as an Account Executive from April 2016 to June 2018. During their time there, they communicated proactively with accounts to generate sales, provided high-level service to accommodation partners, and advised them on improving their webpages.

In 2018, Rita worked as a Key Account Manager at Uniplaces from June 2018 to March 2019. Rita then joined Unbabel as a Customer Success Manager from March 2019 to January 2021. At Unbabel, they helped global brands remove language as a barrier and increase customer satisfaction.

Currently, Rita is the Customer Success Manager for the EMEA region at Customer.io since February 2021. Rita has since been promoted to the Customer Success Team Lead for the EMEA region. Customer.io is a marketing automation tool that sends relevant messages based on behavior across web and mobile products.

Rita Caetano completed their Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril from 2008 to 2012. In addition, they obtained certifications in various fields, including becoming a Certified Professional Make Up Artist from the Make Up Forever School in January 2019, and completing a course titled "The Fundamentals of Revenue Management" from the ESSEC Business School in July 2017.
