Zhi Li

Zhi Li is the current Chief Financial Officer at Customer.io since October 2021. Prior to this role, Zhi held the same position at MedBridge and was responsible for overseeing various departments including Finance, Accounting, Sales Ops, Data & Analytics. Zhi also has experience as the Vice President of Finance & Commercial Strategy at Skytap, where they raised a Series E round at $45m. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Zhi worked as a Vice President in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse and Associate Director of Finance at Bell Canada. Zhi holds a BA in Econometrics and Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from USC Marshall School of Business.
