Andrea Galvez

Andrea Galvez, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Customer Officer and Vice President of Client Success at Lionize since July 2023. With extensive experience in client success and marketing, Andrea has held significant roles at the Financial Health Network, including Vice President of Client Success & Membership, where strategic vision and team development were key responsibilities. Additionally, Andrea mentors early to mid-stage Client Success Managers and Leaders at the Customer Success Network and has contributed as a coach at Practica. Previous roles include a brand ambassador position at RevGenius and marketing leadership at the American Bar Association Endowment. With an MBA from DePaul University focusing on Marketing Strategy & Planning and Leadership & Change Management, and a BS from Evangel University in Communications-Advertising, Andrea possesses a robust foundation in both educational and professional experiences.
