Cyndi Thompson

Cyndi Thompson has a successful career in talent acquisition and recruiting. Cyndi started their career in 2005 at ALTA IT Services, where they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter/Account Manager for 12 years. In 2017, they joined TISTA Science and Technology Corporation as a Senior Talent Strategist. After two years, they moved to CVP (Customer Value Partners) in 2019, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager before being promoted to Director of Talent Acquisition in March 2022. In their roles, Cyndi has been responsible for managing recruiting teams, implementing strategic talent acquisition tactics, evaluating recruiting functions and procedures, and building relationships with management to understand workforce needs.

Cyndi Thompson attended the University of Maryland from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
