Keith Kapp

Keith Kapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Keith is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at CVP (Customer Value Partners) since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of CIO and Vice President of Information Technology & Services at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas from April 2018 to January 2020. Keith also has experience in running their own consulting firm, Keith Kapp Consulting, Inc., where they served as President from January 2017 to March 2018.

Before starting their consulting business, Keith worked as an Executive Director in Management and Technology Consulting at Customer Value Partners from February 2011 to December 2016. Keith also held leadership roles at Prometric, iSKY, and Excalibur Technologies, where they served as Director of Software Development, Vice President of Information Technology, and Principal Architect of Database Technologies, respectively. Keith began their career as a Software Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation at NASA in 1987 and subsequently worked as a Senior Software Engineer at McAfee for a brief period.
