Joshwa Stump Rudd has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Joshwa started their career in 2011 as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, where they gained experience in customer service and teamwork. In 2013, they worked as a Team Member at Aramark, further developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.
In 2014, Joshwa joined Western Carolina University as a Student Technician, where they provided technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer systems in a business environment. Joshwa excelled in this role, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills.
After their time at Western Carolina University, Joshwa joined Alamance Community College as an Orientation Leader/Assessment Specialist. Joshwa contributed to the success of orientation programs and assessment processes.
In 2017, Joshwa took on the role of Networking Technician Hourly at Western Carolina University Division of IT, assisting with the deployment and troubleshooting of new VoIP phones and general networking issues.
Currently, they hold the position of Desktop Support Technician at CustomerHD, where they provide technical support for a call center. Their responsibilities include working closely with various systems such as Active Directory, Google Admin, Zendesk, Talkdesk, JIRA, and providing triage support for agents of different clients.
Throughout their career, Joshwa has demonstrated their ability to adapt to varying roles and environments, showcasing their strong technical skills, customer service, and teamwork capabilities.
Joshwa Stump Rudd received their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from Western Carolina University from 2012 to 2016.
