Alex P.

Alex P. has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. They started their career as a Staff Accountant at Iron Mountain in 2002 before moving on to Worley Parsons as a Senior Accountant in 2005. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Finance Auditor at Sovereign|Santander. They then joined Rentokil North America in 2012, where they held multiple senior roles as a Business Partner/Senior Corporate Accountant, contributing to financial reporting, forecasting, budget planning, and process improvements. In 2013, they became a Senior Internal Auditor at EnerSys, responsible for managing audit engagements and ensuring compliance with standards. In 2014, they joined National Penn as an Officer & Senior Analyst, handling financial reporting and assisting in the implementation of new accounting guidelines. Since 2015, they have been working at Customers Bank, starting as an Assistant Vice President, Manager of Accounting Policy & SEC Reporting, and later being promoted to Vice President, Internal Audit Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President - Audit Director at Customers Bank.

Alex P. earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2006. Later, in 2018-2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Additionally, Alex obtained various certifications including Chartered Global Management Accountant from AICPA in 2013, Certified Financial Services Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2017, Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2014, Certified Public Accountant from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2013, and Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from the Institute of Internal Auditors in 2020.
