Kyle Silberman

Kyle Silberman has extensive experience in the banking industry, specializing in loan syndications. Kyle currently holds the position of Managing Director and Head of Loan Syndications at Customers Bank since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amerant Bank as the Head of Syndications from January 2022 to November 2022. Kyle also had a successful tenure at CIBC US, where they served as Director of Loan Syndications from November 2018 to January 2022 and as an Associate in Loan Syndications from May 2014 to November 2018. Before CIBC US, Kyle gained valuable experience at Fifth Third Bank, National Association, where they worked as an Analyst in Debt Capital Markets & Syndicated Finance from April 2012 to May 2014, and as an Associate in the Commercial Leadership Program from July 2010 to April 2012. Additionally, they have interned at STATS LLC in the Marketing department in 2009 and at Family Fantasy Sports as a Marketing Intern in early 2009. Kyle's early career also includes an internship at Fifth Third Bank in the Trust and Investment department in 2008.

Kyle Silberman attended the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management. Kyle also holds certifications in Series 63 and Series 7 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
