Nikita Drepin

Nikita Drepin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2021 onwards, they have been working at Customertimes Corp as the Head of Salesforce Engineering & Capability, where they are responsible for building and managing a distributed engineering group of Salesforce specialists. Nikita is also involved in developing long-term plans for the group's development and facilitating interactions between different units within the company. In addition, Nikita is the Head of Salesforce Industries Practice at Customertimes, where they focus on strategic and operational planning for global delivery in the SF domain industries.

Prior to their current roles, Nikita worked at FLEETCOR as the Salesforce Global DevOps Chapter Lead and Salesforce EMEA Solution Delivery Manager. Nikita also served as the Salesforce EMEA release manager during their time there from 2019 to 2021.

Earlier in their career, Nikita worked at NN as an Agile specialist, where they were involved in all phases of development projects related to the Salesforce platform. Nikita gathered and defined business requirements, developed user stories, and worked on design and documentation.

Before joining NN, Nikita served as an IT Business Consultant at County court bailiff Prague 9 from 2012 to 2016. Nikita started their career at Skylink as an IT specialist in 2008.

Overall, Nikita Drepin has a strong background in Salesforce engineering, agile methodologies, and strategic planning, with experience in various leadership and consultancy roles.

Nikita Drepin completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from Czech Technical University in Prague, from the years 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Scrum Master Accredited Certification and Scrum Product Owner from the International Scrum Institute™ in March 2018. Nikita also became a Vlocity Certified Developer in May 2017 from Vlocity.
