Stephan Hill

Stephan Hill has extensive experience in finance and controlling roles. Stephan currently holds the position of Finance Director Germany, Swiss & Poland at Customs Support, a role they have held since October 2022. Before joining Customs Support, they served as Finance Director Germany & Poland at the same company from July 2022 to October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Finance & IT Director Germany at Stollwerck GmbH from February 2016 to June 2022 and as the Leiter Controlling from October 2015 to January 2016. Stephan also gained experience as a Financial Controller at Barry Callebaut from March 2014 to September 2015 and as the Group Controller Europe at Fragrance Resources GmbH from May 2009 to February 2014. Stephan started their career as a Group Sales Controller at Hermes Schleifmittel GmbH from November 2007 to April 2009.

Stephan Hill has a diverse education history, starting with their studies at the Universität Rostock from 2000 to 2005. During this time, they pursued a Vor-Diplom degree in Economics. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Hochschule Wismar and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics. Moving forward, Hill pursued a Master's degree at FOM - Hamburg from 2011 to 2013, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Finally, they continued their education at FOM Hamburg from 2017 to 2019, completing a Master of Law degree focused on Unternehmensrecht (Corporate Law), with a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions.
