Bhagyashree Deotare

Bhagyashree Deotare has worked in the software industry since 2007. Bhagyashree started their career at GlobalLogic as a Software Developer Engineer, where they developed and unit tested Windows Mobile applications in C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio, JIRA, Bamboo, and Subversion tools. In 2010, they joined HCL Technologies as a Software Tester and worked on test planning, test execution, and bug reporting, including regression, integration, functional, sanity, and ad-hoc testing for client Serena Inc. Bhagyashree then joined Infosys as a Test Analyst and Technology Team Lead, followed by a Technology Team Lead role at Proximus, where they were responsible for application management, production support, operational testing, test environment monitoring follow-ups, identifying and analyzing functional issues and their root cause, responding to project risks, and mentoring new team members. In 2018, Bhagyashree joined ALTEN BELGIUM as a Senior Quality Assurance Consultant, and then moved to Amadeus as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, where they worked on a full-featured mid- and back-office application. Finally, in 2020, Bhagyashree joined Customs4trade as Head of QA, where they were involved in improving processes and procedures, ISO 27001 and 9001 audits, and E2E business scenarios, functional, and regression testing along with defect management in the Scrum framework.
