Phillip Raub

Phillip Raub is an experienced executive with a diverse background in business leadership and marketing. Currently serving as CEO of Model No. Furniture since July 2020, Raub spearheaded rebranding and product development efforts for the luxury manufacturing company. Raub also holds advisory positions at Cutbox and FIT:MATCH while having previously advised OUTERNETS. As a founder and president of b8ta from May 2015 to February 2022, Raub built a globally recognized retail brand, enhancing consumer accessibility to product data. Raub's leadership extended to Toys"R"Us as Co-CEO, where a strategic deal led to the relaunch of flagship stores. Prior experience includes significant roles at Google (Nest), Nintendo, and Gap Inc., complemented by a background in education as an instructor at the Art Institute. Raub received an MBA in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a BA in History from James Madison University.
