Tim O'Keefe

Tim O'Keefe has a diverse work experience in various roles within the CUTCO Corporation and CUTCO Cutlery. Tim started their career in 1999 as an International Administrative Manager at CUTCO Cutlery and worked there until 2003. From 2003 until 2014, they served as a Labor Relations Manager at Cutco, where they were responsible for analyzing and interpreting collective bargaining agreements and advising on labor relations policies. In 2014, they joined the CUTCO Corporation where they held multiple positions including Human Resources Manager, Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. In these roles, they oversee various administrative, operational, and human resource activities, prioritizes critical issues, and supports decision making for the Chief Executive.

Tim O'Keefe began their education at SUNY Geneseo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science from 1987 to 1991. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at St. Bonaventure University. From 2006 to 2011, Tim O'Keefe obtained a Master of Science in Professional Leadership (MPL) with a specialization in Business Management.
