Adele Glenn, MBA

Adele Glenn, MBA has a wealth of experience in applied research, innovation, strategy and optimization. Adele began their career in 1996 as the Owner of Event Planning Services, where they hosted opening night events for the PCPA theatre in Santa Barbara and provided complete wedding services. In 1998, they began working as a Lead Programmer at CoastHills Federal Credit Union. In 2005, they joined Credit Human as an Emerging Channels Innovation Architect, Technical Solutions Architect and Development Lead. In 2008, they became Chairman of the South Central region of Symitar Credit Unions, organizing and hosting the annual conference, as well as organizing the annual SEC dodgeball game and user group booth. In 2019, they joined CUTEK as Vice President - Projects and Consulting and Lead Consultant, discovering business and end user needs through research, analysis, and user-centered design, and defining strategy and business cases for innovative solutions to achieve strategic road maps.

Adele Glenn has an extensive education history. Adele obtained their Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arkansas Grantham in 2013, majoring in Computer Science/Business Administration. Adele then completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) Information Technology from the same university in 2016. Additionally, they obtained their Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma in 2014. Adele also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management for Executive Education from 2014 to 2017, studying Systems Dynamics, Management, Innovation, and Technology. Furthermore, Adele has several certifications, including Business Process Design for Strategic Management from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017, Advanced Certificate for Executives in Management, Innovation & Technology (ACE) from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2017, Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt in 2016, Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2016, Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2016, Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt in 2014, NMLA from NAFCU (National Association of Federal Credit Unions) in 2014, and Cicerone in 2011.
