Lukas Hunziker

Lukas Hunziker serves as the Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Cutera, Inc., a position held since September 2008, where management responsibilities include leading product development teams across various disciplines, focusing on ultrasound, laser, and RF system design. Prior experience includes roles at Coherent, JDSU, and Cañada College, contributing to advancements in high-power optically pumped semiconductor laser systems, medical laser systems, and academia through the establishment of an Optics and Photonics Program. Lukas Hunziker earned a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
