Brandon Hayes has a diverse work experience. Brandon began their career in 2013 as a General Mill Hand at P&H Milling Group. In 2015, they joined Bruce Power as a Junior Project Manager, Junior Financial Analyst, and Engineering Support Specialist. In 2017, they became a Biscuit Plant Engineer at Mondelēz International. In 2018, they held roles as a Junior Engineer at Electrical Contacts Limited, a Supply Chain Analyst at PepsiCo, and a General Mill Hand at P&H Milling Group. In 2020, they founded ParkKing and also worked as a Data Analyst, Product Details at Wayfair. Currently, Brandon is a Product Lead, Product Manager, and Business Operations and Strategy Analyst at Cut+Dry.

Brandon Hayes completed their high school education at École John Diefenbaker Senior School from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they obtained a Specialized High Skills Major Information Communications and Technology from the Ontario Ministry of Education in June 2016 and a Customer Service Excellence certificate from OTEC - Workforce Solutions in January 2016. Brandon also obtained a Passport to Safety, Advanced Leaders Challenge from Parachute in May 2015. After high school, Brandon attended the University of Waterloo, where they graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Management Engineering in 2021. In addition, Brandon has obtained several certifications, including a Product Led Growth Micro-Certification from Product School in October 2022, a Product Analytics Certification (PAC) from Product School in July 2021, a React: Creating and Hosting a Full-Stack Site from LinkedIn in January 2021, a Become a Python Developer from LinkedIn in November 2020, a Learning the OWASP Top 10 from LinkedIn in November 2020, a Secure Coding in Python from LinkedIn in November 2020, a Leadership in Tech from LinkedIn in October 2020, and a Programming Foundations: Object-Oriented Design from LinkedIn in October 2020.
