David Burnett

David Burnett is the President of Cutting Edge Communications, LLC, providing business capture and proposal development expertise to clients. David is also a member and Past President of SCAPR - Southern California Aerospace Professional Representatives, a forum for aerospace and defense professionals. Prior to this, David worked at McDonnell Douglas as a Senior Engineer/Scientist Specialist, focusing on advanced technology development. David holds a BS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, an MS in Aeronautics from Caltech, and a Certificate in Systems Engineering from The George Washington University.
