Steven F. Maier

Steven F. Maier is the President and CTO of Cutting Edge Information. Steven has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry. Prior to joining Cutting Edge Information, they were the President and CEO of UAI Technology Inc. (UAI), a software development company specializing in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Steven also served as the CEO of Phoenix-Hecht, a consulting firm that they founded in 1985.

Maier began their career as a professor of finance and economics at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where they served as the Area Coordinator for Finance & Economics and chaired the department from 1971 to 1985. Steven is the author of two books and more than 60 refereed articles.

Steven F. Maier received their Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Mathematics from Stanford University, their Master of Science from Stanford University, and their Bachelor of Engineering from Cornell University.
