Mahlon Ware started their work experience in 2015 as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Student at Children's Health and LEGEND OAKS HEALTHCARE & REHABILITATION. In 2016, they worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Believe Therapies LLC until 2017. In 2017, they became the Lead Occupational Therapist at Cutting Edge Pediatric & Adult Therapy. From January 2021 to March 2021, Mahlon was an Occupational Therapy Student at The Warren Center, and from March 2021 to July 2021, they served as an Occupational Therapy Student at Baylor Scott & White Health.
Mahlon Ware holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) degree from Belmont University, which was obtained from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS degree in Occupational Therapist Assistant from Navarro College between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, Mahlon Ware has obtained certifications as an Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), in March 2021 and March 2015 respectively. They have also obtained a certification as a CarFit Technician from CarFit in the year 2015.

Cutting Edge Pediatric & Adult Therapy (CEPT) is an Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA therapy clinic committed to providing the support, opportunities and therapy services necessary to promote every individual’s independence and overall development from infancy through adulthood. For more than two decades, CEPT professionals have led the way in therapy services, specializing in the evaluation and treatment of sensory processing and speech and language issues, fine and gross motor skill development, ADD and ADHD, and Autism-Spectrum and Pervasive Developmental Disorders. Creating opportunities for individuals to master developmental tasks, achieve independence in multiple environments and regulate physical, cognitive and emotional behaviors through a comprehensive evaluation and treatment plan are our primary goals. Our individualized therapies are designed to maximize confidence and success by capturing a client’s interest at the developmental level using the most innovative and cutting-edge interventions currently available. We strive to support the needs of the family structure in conjunction with an individual and their caregivers, health-care practitioners, school supports and/or community-based resources involved in the clients care.
