Toby Flenley

Toby Flenley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and customer engagement across various industries. Currently, Toby is involved in building Cuvama, a Customer Value Discovery platform aimed at enhancing Sales and Customer Success through unique value propositions. Prior to this role, Toby served as the Sales Director for Europe at First Insight, Inc., where the focus was on integrating consumer insights into merchandising strategies. Toby's tenure at Oracle included responsibilities for retail solutions and enhancing sales and marketing functions through customer insight and automation. Additionally, experience at IBM involved sales for Information Management software and services, while earlier work as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Associates was recognized with multiple awards, including UK Rookie of the Year. Toby holds a BCom in Commerce from the University of Birmingham.
