Tanja Foster

Tanja Foster is an experienced professional in the field of benefits and compensation, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Cuyahoga Community College since December 2004. In this role, Tanja strategically directs College-wide operations related to Compensation, Benefits, Well-Being, and Leave Administration for a large workforce.
