Curtis Couch is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in web and applications development, business intelligence, and data analytics. Currently serving as the Manager of Web & Applications Development at Cuyahoga County since February 2022, Curtis previously held the position of Chief Technology & Data Analytics Officer at the ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County from November 2018 to August 2021. Curtis has also worked in various managerial roles at Cuyahoga County, specializing in database administration and application design from 2013 to 2018. Earlier career highlights include consulting in business intelligence, leading IT for Mental Health Services for Homeless Persons, and holding positions at Cleveland Clinic and Kaiser Permanente. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Sciences and Marketing from Miami University, obtained between 1984 and 1987.
