Chad Jones

Chad Jones, Director of Property Maintenance, joined the Authority in 1993. Jones’s primary responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property and system maintenance that are developed, executed and administered in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and CMHA guidelines, as well as applicable safety laws and regulations. Jones has direct responsibility for Central Maintenance (HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and Painting) and HQS and UPCS/REAC Inspections related to the maintenance of facilities, which include housing units, surrounding grounds, support facilities and sanitation. Before his promotion to Director of Property Maintenance, Jones was a Serviceperson II, IV, and V, Chief of Building Systems and Chief of Building Systems/Maintenance Supervisor. Jones was awarded the CMHA Manager of the Month award in October 2017 and the CMHA Shining Star award in January 2019.
