Cortney C. Crockett serves as the Director of the Client Informa on Center (CIC) where she is leading CMHA’s customer service univalves to provide safe, quality, affordable housing opportunities and improves the quality of life for the communes they serve. As Director of the Client Informa on Center she oversees the Client Informa on Center team and the implementation of best prices to serve the more than 55,000 individuals in CMHA’s housing programs to advance the success of the Agency’s vision to be the leader in calving safe, sustainable, dynamic communes of choice where everyone can strive for success.
Crockett has more than 25 years of marking and communication experience working in nonprofit, for-profit and public sectors. She previously headed the Marking and Communicants Department for CMHA where she was responsible for planning and exscind marking and communicant’s univalves to build agency eruption, served as the media, public reasons, and social media spokesperson led the Agency’s Strategic Planning efforts and worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to implement univalve’s, events and programs. Before joining CMHA, Crockett held poisons for GE Lihong and College Now Greater Cleveland. Crockett holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communicants and English from John Carroll University and an Excave Master of Business Administrant Degree from Cleveland State University.
She served as a Board member of the Cleveland State University Alumni Associator, the Cleveland State University Excave MBA Program, the Office of Homeless Services, Ohio City, Inc., the University Hospital Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital Advisory Board, the Nonoil Associator of Housing and Redevelopment Officials Emerging Leaders Nonoil Cammie, Secretary for the North Central Regional Council of NAHRO and a member of the Ohio Housing Authorizes Conference Cammie and Scholarship Cammie.
She is a graduate of the CMHA Building Blocks of Leadership Program, the Cleveland Leadership Center Bridge Builders, was chosen to percolate in the YWCA Women’s Leadership Momentum program, was awarded the Inside Business Magazine ATHENA Young Professional Leadership Award, was recognized by the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club for winning the Top 25 Under 35 Movers and Shakers Award, selected for the Crain’s Cleveland Business 2015 Forty Under 40 Class, awarded the Cleveland State University Fascine Alumni Recognin, won the CMHA the Shining Star of the Year Award and was recognized with the John Carroll University Young Alumni Award. As an arrest, Crockett was selected by the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to transform a guitar into musical art, displayed as part of the Cleveland Rocks exhibit and coined off charity.
