Cesar Soto

Cesar Soto, CIR, currently serves as Managing Director at CV Resources since December 2024. Previously, Cesar held several roles at Addison Group, including Branch Manager for Accounting & Finance from January 2023 to December 2024 and Senior Executive Recruiter, where Cesar contributed to the integration of DLC Group and Beacon Resources into Addison Group's expanded Finance and Accounting Consulting offerings. Prior to that, Cesar was a Senior Executive Recruiter at Beacon Resources and worked as an Account Manager at Aston Carter, where Cesar launched a new division focused on Accounting & Finance. Additionally, Cesar started as a Recruiter at Aerotek. Cesar earned a B.S. in Marketing from California State University, Northridge, in 2014.
