Armel Lupapi

Armel Lupapi currently serves as the Head of Identity and Access Governance at CVC Capital Partners, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Identity and Access Governance at Investec from July 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing technology platforms such as DeLL RSA's Identity Lifecycle Governance and SailPoint's Identity NOW, as well as managing personnel involved in IGA operations. Past positions include Identity and Access Management Engineer at Derivco and Investec, along with an Information System Engineer role at Puleng Technologies and an IT Security Engineer position at Abia-Group. Armel holds an MBA from GIBS Business School, along with several other postgraduate degrees and certifications in business administration and management from esteemed institutions. Education culminated with a National Diploma in Information Technology from Vaal University of Technology.
