Katharina Koenig

Katharina Koenig is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and sales within the finance sector. Currently, Katharina serves as Chief People Officer and Partner at CVC Capital Partners since September 2023. Prior to this role, Katharina held significant positions at Goldman Sachs, including Head of Human Capital Management International and Head of Sales Management and Corporate Access for the APAC region within the Global Markets Division, from May 2007 to September 2023. Earlier roles include Prime Brokerage Sales for Asia at Citi and various sales positions at Goldman Sachs and Brown Brothers Harriman. Katharina holds a Master of Science in Mass Communication with a focus on Public Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Spanish, both from Boston University. Additionally, educational background includes study at Lycee International de St. Germain-en-Laye.
