Merary Soto-Saunders

Merary Soto-Saunders has extensive experience in Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Merary currently holds the position of Managing Director, Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at CVC Capital Partners. Prior to that, Merary was the Vice President, People at Andela, and the Head of Human Resources, Americas at CVC Capital Partners. Merary also has experience in financial analysis and has worked as a Financial Analyst at Time Inc, Sports Illustrated For Kids. Merary is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at City Year UK and a Founding Member at Chief in the UK. Merary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Barnard College.
