Julien Delmas

Julien Delmas serves as the Biogas & H2 Procurement Manager at CVE since February 2021, overseeing the construction of production units in France and Spain with an annual CAPEX of approximately 60 million euros, managing sourcing, negotiations, and disputes. Previously, Julien held the role of Senior Biogas Buyer at CVE, focusing on production plants and technical categories. Julien’s experience at Accor includes roles as Project Buyer & Senior Category Manager, managing hotel projects with annual budgets of 50 million euros, and as IT Buyer, handling complex RFPs in telecommunications. Earlier roles include Junior Project Buyer at Accor and Building Buyer at COLAS Midi Méditerranée, with foundational experience as a Fashion Buyer at Groupe Beaumanoir. Julien holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in International Procurement and Logistics from Rennes School of Business.
